Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Adaptive Intel, LLC ("Kudozi", "we", "us") and govern your use of Kudozi at kudozi.ai. By creating an account or using Kudozi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Kudozi helps coaches find genuine client praise in their own recorded conversations and turn approved moments into published testimonials. Features and functionality may change over time as we improve the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Kudozi.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect to Kudozi (such as Fathom or Zoom) and for having the right to connect and read data from them.
Consent and publishing testimonials
You must have permission before you publish. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your clients before publishing their words, likeness, name, or other identifying details, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including those governing recording, privacy, and publicity. Kudozi gives you controls to credit clients anonymously or by initials, but the decision to publish, and the permission behind it, is yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Kudozi to publish content you do not have the right to publish.
- Upload or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates another person's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
- Use the service to violate the terms of a connected provider such as Zoom or Fathom.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content in your account. You grant Kudozi the permission needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service as you direct — including reading connected transcripts to extract testimonials and publishing the testimonials you approve. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your call transcripts.
Third-party services
Kudozi works with third-party services you choose to connect. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Service availability
We work to keep Kudozi available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kudozi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Kudozi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Adaptive Intel, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of Kudozi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
